IEA's net-zero world calls for 530MMtpa of hydrogen

THE International Energy Agency's pathway to net-zero emissions by 2050 report has forecast global hydrogen demand to reach 530 million tonnes per annum by 2050 - the bulk of which will come from electrolysis.
