Goldman Sachs says renewables spending will overtake oil and gas by next year

CAPITAL expenditure on renewable power is set to overtake spending on oil and gas drilling by 2021 for the first time in history, with Goldman Sachs estimating a US$16 trillion spend on green energy globally by 2030.
