NEW Zealand-based infrastructure company Infratil has appointed Goldman Sachs to review its 65.5% shareholding in Tilt Renewables, saying it may sell it off for a premium.
ASX-listed Infratil told the market this morning it had received several enquiries about its shareholding in Tilt.
