GDF Suez, Santos sign off on Bonaparte deal

GDF Suez has signed the final agreement to buy a 60% stake in the Petrel, Tern and Frigate fields from Santos for $US200 million, marking the start of the Bonaparte LNG project.

The project will be run by GDF Suez Bonaparte, a wholly owned subsidiary of GDF Suez, based in Perth.
