Shell sells more of Prelude

CLOSE on the heels of Shell's deal to sell a 17.5% stake in its Prelude floating LNG project to Inpex, the supermajor has further offloaded stakes in the Browse Basin project to Kogas and CPC.

In its quarterly results announcement, Shell said it agreed to sell a 10% and 5% participating interest respectively to South Korea's Kogas and Taiwan's CPC Corporation.
