MIMI takes slice of Browse

WOODSIDE Petroleum has decided to sell a minority interest in its Browse LNG development to Japan Australia LNG (MIMI) for $US2 billion ($A1.9 million). The Japanese trading house has also offered to buy 1.5 million tonnes of LNG from the project.
