Kentz hit by $1M claim

INPEX'S principal Ichthys electrical contractor, Kentz Australia, has been hit by a $1 million Fair Work Commission claim alleging former fly-in/fly-out workers were deprived of pay during their retrenchment notice period– a move which could trigger similar challenges across LNG mega-projects in Western Australia and Queensland if successful.
