EnerMech buys MInteg

PRELUDE and Ichthys contractor EnerMech has bought a large stake of Scotland-based maintenance, inspection and integrity specialist MInteg to broaden its range of engineering services and boost support from late-life hydrocarbon assets by reducing costs, with plans to expand new services to Australia.

MInteg will continue to trade under its own name and keep its staff, though will expand the workforce from 45 to 90 by the end of next year.
