Way cleared for Toxfree takeover 

AFTER deliberating, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission will not oppose the acquisition of waste management company Toxfree by rival Cleanaway, which will now acquire 100% of the company's shares via a subsidiary via scheme of arrangement.
