ABB's acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions finalised  

  INTERNATIONAL technology, automation and energy company ABB has closed its US$2.6 billion acquisition of General Electric's electrification body GE Industrial Solutions (GEIS) in a consolidatory move less than a week after GE announced it was spinning off Baker Hughes.
