Industry HR firms consolidate ahead of next boom

STRATEGIC Human Resources (SHR) and Livingstones have agreed via a Heads of Agreement to merge by the end of the year, with ex-Woodside Petroleum at SHR staff seeing the beginnings of a new energy and resource boom.
