AGL North Queensland gas asset sale cancelled

AGL Energy has said today the sale of its North Queensland gas assets to Order Moranbah Holdings won’t proceed thanks to “certain conditions precedent in the sale were unable to satisfied to secure counter-party support for the sale to proceed”.
