Worley close to closing Jacobs' acquisition 

WORLEYPARSONS said today it has today received approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States for its purchase of Jacobs Engineering Group's Energy, Chemicals and Resources division, first announced in October.

The engineering company has now received full clearances needed for completion of the acquisition and is on target to meet its late April deadline.    After completion it will have 57,600 employees...
