Strike out! Warrego rejects West Erregulla partner's takeover offer

WARREGO Energy has rejected Strike Energy’s takeover offer, saying its Perth Basin partner’s bid “fundamentally undervalues the company and its assets” which include both the West Erregulla field which could hold up to a trillion cubic feet of gas, and its Spanish gas project.
