Market conditions end Doriemus capital raise

DORIEMUS has cancelled its planned capital raising and bookbuild in pursuit of acquiring Oilex’s subsidiary Coera given current market conditions, and as “certain investors have failed to settle their committed funds by the specified date of March 20”.
