It's official: Melbana signs farmin for Cuba

MELBANA Energy has executed a farmin agreement with Angolan state oil company Sonangol for its Cuban Block 9 project, with the last hurdle the receipt of Cuban regulatory approvals, which Melbana says are currently being formally documented.
