Jadestone and OMV extend Maari transaction date amidst Kiwi election

JADESTONE Energy has revised the terms of its acquisition of the 69% share of the offshore New Zealand Maari field owned by Austria's OMV, changing the long stop date from November 15 to January 31, next year.
