FAR pushes back shareholder meeting to vet takeover offer

FAR Limited has once-again cautioned shareholders that its A$210 million takeover offer from Remus Horizons is far from certain at this stage but noted the private investment firm was finalising funding arrangements in order to make the proposed offer.
