Otto to sell Alaska acreage to Pantheon Resources

PANTHEON Resources have struck a deal with ASX-listed Otto Energy to acquire its working interest in the Talitha unit, Alaska, for US$8 million (A$10.3M), meaning Otto can now turn its full attention to its core operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
