REAL Energy expects its merger with fellow ASX-listed Strata X Energy to complete within the month to form Pure Hydrogen and shares under the new player will begin trading February 23.
The company said following the strong support for the merger at a shareholder's meeting last month, adjournment of the court was granted until February 10 to allow the remaining conditions precedent
