Remus FAR offer will go unconditional as soon Woodside asset sale pulled 

FAR Limited has announced its shareholders will tomorrow decide whether to approve the sale of the company's share of its Sangomar oilfield offshore Senegal to Woodside; or to accept a 2.1c per share takeover from Remus Horizons. 

Once FAR and shareholders confirm there is no plan to dispose of the asset the Remus' offer goes unconditional. All shareholders who accept the offer will be paid within 14 days.    The Remus offer...
