APA confirms talks to buy BassLink

RESPONDING to what it called “media speculation”, the Aussie pipeline giant APA Group, which also operates some renewable energy assets, told the market this morning it had submitted a confidential, conditional and incomplete proposal to Keppel Investment Trust.
