PetroChina mulls energy marketing business spin-off

PETROCHINA, the listed subsidiary of state run energy major CNPC, and China's largest oil and gas producer, is weighing a plan to carve out its marketing and trading business and seek a separate listing, BNN Bloomberg reported yesterday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
