ENERGY infrastructure business GenusPlus Group has acquired Western Australian renewables play Blue Tongue Energy for a humble $500,000 cash, growing its exposure in the state’s downstream energy market.

ASX-listed GenusPlus already holds 50% of Blue Tongue when it took the significant stake back in 2021 but will take the remaining 50% in a deal that will close in the coming weeks.
