Third and final Kiwi decom phase kicks off 

NEW Zealand has begun the third phase of decommissioning the offshore Tui oil field after setting up the project in 2020 after a local subsidiary of Tamarind Resources went bust, leaving the Crown with an FPSO to get rid of.
