Japan racing Singapore in LNG bunkering hub set up 

THE first bunkering vessel to be operated in Japan will be delivered within in two years, and will supply LNG as a fuel to vessels operating in Chubu in central Japan, as the nation aims to become an LNG bunkering hub.
