Strike investors come to party

FOLLOWING yesterday's announcement that Strike Energy would make an off market tilt at fellow junior UIL Energy, the company has successfully raised gross proceeds of $13 million through a placement, fulfilling its obligations to raise capital as set out in the takeover agreement and raising proceeds to fund drilling projects in the Perth and Cooper Basins.
