Z Energy greenlights Ampol buy 

AMPOL is moving ahead with plans to buy New Zealand's Z Energy accounting firm scheme of implementation today at a price of NZ$3.78 per share (S$3.57). This is a 35% premium to what it closed on July 26, just before the deal became public.
