BPH says Morrison PEP11 decision 'void' in court filing 

BPH Energy via its subsidiary Asset Energy has lodged an amended application for judicial review over former Prime Minister Scott Morrison's arbitrary cancellation of its PEP11 permit when he was secretly holding the resources portfolio.
