US gives November 4 deadline for end to Iran crude

THE US State Department has said that all buyers must cut their Iranian crude imports by November 4, exactly 180 days after the nation pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal, with the news pushing the oil price up again despite OPEC commitments on Friday to increase the oil flow.
