Spain sets out plan for 100% renewable energy mix 

THE fledgling progressive government of Spain has published a new draft of the country's future energy laws with the aim of cutting emissions by 20% by 2030 and 90% by 2050 and then look towards completely eliminating fossil fuels from its energy mix.
