Australia's first offshore wind farm stalled by lack of regulations

DEVELOPMENT of Australia's first offshore wind farm, the Star of the South, has stalled because of the government's lack of energy policy and development of regulatory frameworks for offshore renewable developments, according to the energy minister's own department.
