FMG to spend $450M on Pilbara power 

FORTESCUE Metals Group has announced the next stage of the Pilbara Energy Connect Program, its Pilbara Generation Project worth US$450 million (A$667M) provide gas-fired and solar power to its Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, it said, and will complement its $250 million Pilbara Transmission Project announced last October.
