Antarctic wind power coming to Tasmania

AUSTRALIA’S newest announced offshore wind project, the Bass Offshore Wind Energy (BOWE) farm off the northeastern coast of Tasmania, is set to take advantage of the Antarctic winds that naturally occur in the Earth's lower latitudes.
