Todd dealt blow in legal arena

TODD Energy has suffered a further setback in its chain of litigation against fellow Pohokura gas field partners Shell Exploration New Zealand and Austrian firm OMV.

Todd's appeals against earlier decisions delivered in the High Court at Wellington last August by Justice Andrew Dobson were dismissed by the Appeal Court on Thursday, Television New Zealand reported.
