Octanex gears up for offshore Taranaki seismic shoot

OCTANEX is starting its initial offshore Taranaki seismic survey, a 270 square kilometre 3D program, over part of its first New Zealand exploration lease acquired late last year.

The Reflect Resolution seismic vessel, which is presently at Port Taranaki loading supplies, including some baro vanes, is scheduled to start the survey for the Melbourne-headquartered company later
