Logicamms buys ITL

ENGINEERING firm Logicamms has bought New Zealand-based oil and gas engineering specialist ITL for $NZ16.25 ($A13.3) million, with additional performance payments of up to $NZ5 million over two years.

The acquisition is part of Logicamms' plan to expand into the hydrocarbons sector.

The $NZ16.25 million payment will be made $NZ11.25 million in cash and $NZ5 million in Logicamms shares.
