Sparked by the term “EGR” in the Elixir prospectus, the definition read “alleged long raking left foot drop kick exponent” but is understood to refer to advisor Eddie Rigg of Argonaut Capital.
It was penned by the waggish Kent Hunter, (a football obsessed fellow Old Aquinian with Rigg), who has a penchant for obscure references, with another of his recent market offerings also understood to contain a similar left of field definition.
The lads have taken the ball and run with it, and in the spirit of making every post a winner (mixed metaphors aside) apparently plan to set up a charity drop kicking contest opposite the Esplanade Hotel-based Good Oil Conference in early September.
