Both courses will be conducted by Exploration Consultant Adrian Williams and there will be presentations from guest speakers taken from the WA petroleum industry.

The courses are the perfect introduction for technical assistants, secretaries, draftspersons, clerks, accountants, teachers, lawyers, analysts, computing personnel, managers, brokers and any one associated with the petroleum exploration industry who is looking to gain a basic understanding on exploration and on drilling.

BPESC will provide a basic insight into acreage acquisition, petroleum geology, petroleum geophysics, exploration drilling and all the economics and risks of petroleum exploration. BPDSC will look into the rules and regulations which govern drilling, standard pre-drill preparation, the drilling and evaluation of a well and the dangers associated with drilling.

Places are limited and it costs A$275 per person for early registers and A$297 for registrations after 18 June. Those who attend both seminars will receive an A$33 discount. Any cancellations must be made in writing and, if a notification comes on or before 18 June, a full refund (minus a 25% cancellation fee) will be made. Substitutions can be made at any time.
