“PCT acknowledge that the learning gained through the [PDP] program will assist improvement in [a] participant’s job performance, knowledge and abilities and provides a structured learning program. The PDP concentrates on the individual gaining proactive experience in various engineering functions in a real environment giving the graduate the opportunity to apply their studies.
