Mike Westlund has more than 20 years experience in the minerals processing, smelting, refining, energy and petrochemical industries, where he has held senior project and engineering management roles at WMC Resources, Hardcastle & Richards, Technip of France and Signet Engineering (now Fluor Australia).

In addition to his success in delivering quality study and project outcomes for a wide range of clients, Westlund has developed and led a number of engineering functional groups, developed engineering standards and established implementation and risk management strategies for major projects.

His responsibilities include overall accountability for the management of projects, as well as the development of improved project management capabilities, processes and systems, directed at enhancing PCT's ability to execute large multi-disciplined EPCM service contracts.
