Carpathian said it would be raising around A$1m from the listing, with the shares being traded as CPNR on the AIM bourse.

Carpathian said the company’s interests are held by majority or wholly owned companies registered in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia with a number of projects which provide a range of opportunities from early-stage exploration through mature targets to producing assets.

It said it expected to list around the 31 March this year.
