It had been extended to April 15 but yesterday the ERA said it would be extended again with the new decision expected around 15 June.

“The Authority anticipates that the final decision on the proposed Access Arrangement for the Goldfields Gas Pipeline will be issued shortly,” the ERA said in a statement yesterday.

Section 2.22 of the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems (Code) allows the ERA to extend the assessment period of a proposed Access Arrangement for a gas pipeline to be increased by periods of up to two months on one or more occasions.
