The Australian teams playing at home won their games last weekend, while those on road-trips lost.
The NSW Waratahs beat the Wellington Hurricanes 20-3 at Sydney Football Stadium, while the Queensland Reds defeated the Highlanders 22-16 at Suncorp Stadium.
In Durban, South Africa, in what could well be Matt Henjak's last game in a Western Force jersey, the Sharks beat the Force by 17-10, but the Force came away with a bonus point for losing by less than 7 points.
And in Christchurch, New Zealand, the Crusaders thrashed the ACT Brumbies 34-3.
Next weekend, the Reds and the Waratahs travel to New Zealand. Queensland will play the Hurricanes in Wellington, while NSW will play the Chiefs in Hamilton.
The Force continue their South African road-trip, playing the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein, and the Brumbies return to Canberra to play the Highlanders.
