K2 ENERGY has this week begun the first of four planned fracture treatments on the Jones-1 horizontal Woodford shale appraisal well at the Bad Creek Project in Oklahoma.
The company said the fracture treatments would be carried out on the 2200-foot lateral zone in the Woodford Shale and are expected to be completed by the end of August, before production testing
