Slugcatcher spreads blame for Gulf spill

"THE man doth protest too much, methinks". With apologies to William Shakespeare's famous line in Hamlet about the lady protesting too much, <i>Slugcatcher</i> suspects United States President Barack Obama is making the same mistake in his attacks on BP over the Gulf oil spill.

It might be going too far to suggest that Obama is covering his own backside but it seems that the assault on BP has now gone way beyond reasonable criticism. That an accident happened is beyond doubt....
