Chevron adds more Marcellus acreage to its bag

FOLLOWING the recent $US3.2 billion ($A2.98 billion) acquisition of Marcellus shale specialist Atlas Energy, Chevron Corporation has acquired further Marcellus acreage and expanded its foothold in one of the US' most prolific shales.
