UK-based Team, an Acteon subsidiary, said it would supply technical manpower for Total's global drilling, fluids and well operations, covering most of the regions where Total conducts drilling operations.

"Team Energy currently has consultants with Total in west and East Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia," the company said.

"In Nigeria, Team Energy is providing personnel in support of the Akpo and Usan deepwater drilling campaigns."
