Shell calls force majeure on Nigerian gas supplies

A GAS leak on one of Shell's key Nigerian pipelines has led the company to call force majeure on its gas supplies to Nigeria LNG.

The shutdown is affecting 1.5 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day. Shell said it was forced to shut down its Soku and Gbaran Ubie gas exports via the Eastern Gas Gathering System due to the leak....
