IN AN estimated $US660 million ($A683.7 million) deal, New York infrastructure investor Stonepeak Partners has signed definitive agreements to earn half of LNG Limited's midscale Magnolia LNG project in Louisiana and assist financing its construction.
Under the arrangements, Stonepeak is expected to provide 100% of the project's equity at the financial investment decision stage to gain the half stake, estimated to cost $660 million.
